- Maintain strong relationships with customers & convert leads and inquiries to in-home consultation appointments.
- Administration of daily office, warehouse, & delivery operational needs. Keeping the site organized and professional.
- Assist with the development and delivery of the company’s marketing objectives.
- Assist with the precise ordering of necessary materials for flooring installation jobs and follow up on delivery.
- Communicate with customers and installers regularly and effectively on installation start dates, details, and changes.
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure their 100% satisfaction. Work with management closely in addressing any customer service escalation needs.
- Assist the President with financial and bookkeeping tasks.
- Due to the realities of how small businesses operate, it is imperative that all employees accept new and changing responsibilities as FCI of Northern Westchester grows and adapts over time.
- The willingness to become a dedicated, full-time salaried employee if and when the business scales to support.
- An intermediate level of skill and experience with Microsoft Office and Windows PCs.
- Two years of customer service experience and strong communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability and willingness to work and execute without constant supervision.
